Logically, Parker’s numbers … DeVante Parker was going to be the next star in the league only to come up short time and time again.
It almost became a tradition to listen to the offseason hype every summer and then see him underperform.Well in 2019, something seriously changed. If he keeps focused, the sky is the limit, especially with his ability as a deep-threat option.
DeVante Parker had a breakout campaign in 2019, but he’s lined up to be a fantasy bust this year.
The main knock on DeVante Parker is his consistency.
We could probably push these two tiers into one huge tier, as they all have similar upside.
But as fate would have it, this will not be the case in 2020.Lastly, Miami's run game has improved greatly, upgrading from the mediocre likes of What we know about a deadly shooting in Portland, Oregon If so, Parker could have a magical season. However, all the aforementioned issues make me believe that he won’t meet his 2019 expectations.

It should be noted that Preston Williams did not play in 2019. But even if we assume he will be ready to go and will pick up right where he left off, Parker will still have ample opportunities to thrive.So where will these targets come from? I find it hard to believe that Parker won’t struggle with consistency issues in 2020.
Regardless, I feel somewhat comfortable drafting Parker this low given his upside being higher than those with similar auction values. Preston Williams presence, possible QB change at some juncture and anomalous season have many skittish.
