Normally when I read similar books I end up putting the second one aside for a bit because it just doesn’t feel ‘fresh’.
The reason for this is that all my favorite books have been read for the first time a long, long time ago and I've forgotten what it really means to I am about to write a review the like of which I have never written on this site or anywhere else for that matter.
