I remember numerous times walking through long beach areas where I saw people smoking heroin and crack and people getting shot. These people need help not to be on the blast! As a young female, I like that I can go to pubs and restaraunts near those streets and not feel threatened in any way. they do any guy that has lines to give out or anyone that has a nice car.
