This book picked up right where part 1 left off. In his recent Q&A, Willis seems to suggest that Unbreakable 2 will be the all out good vs. evil beat down that the first film meticulously laid the foundation for. With Ronny's past history it's hard for Shaniqua to trust him but he's doing everything in his power to prove to her that he wants her and only her. I loved the mix of romance, suspense, and voodoo all in these stories. It is not a standalone and you must read book one, Unbreakable, first. Unbreakable 2, The Mystery of Lilly is book two in the Cypress Grove series. Aber wer...M. Night Shyamalan führt im neuen Thriller „Glass” seine Filme „Unbreakable” und „Split” zusammen. Was dabei herauskam ist leider nur durchschnittlich. Each of the characters were interconnected in ways that I didn't see coming.Unbreakable and Unbreakable 2 was a freaking awesome read.

This writer is absolutely great at spinning a story and keeping the reader in thralled with everything going on. Aber Shyamalan wäre Shyamalan nicht, würde sich „Unbreakable“ dieser neuerdings im Kino sehr beliebten Thematik nicht aus einer ganz ungewöhnlichen Perspektive nähern.
I liked it better than the first, and could tell the author had gained a bit of confidence in writing this series.
